New Customer Portal Added Print E-mail
To increase our response time to Technical Support issues, and to allow customers to have access to our internal knowledgeable, SECNAP has implemented a customer support site.

All customers with active Premium Support will have direct access to the SECNAP customer portal, accessible at https://support.secnap.com.

Premium Customers include customers with clustered systems, and all customers with ENT-1000 and larger systems (This covers the ENT and GEM lines).

Customers will appoint one point of contact who will need to request access via the support portal.

Additionally, Channel Partners with active partner agreements will also be able to request customer portal access.

From the customer portal, users will be able to enter in bugs, questions and problems.
They will be able to track LIVE, the status of their issue, as well as read the resolution.

Access to the knowledge base will allow customers to search for information on similar issues, both for their systems, or reported by other users.

The SpammerTrap is performing quite well.  It seems to handle the barrage of inbound filtering we require and now that we have most of the tuning done, our communication with Asia and Europe seem to be spot on!
