Forgetting the Administrator Password

If you forget the administrator password, or the administrative username contact SpammerTrap support at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call (561) 999-5000, option 8 and ask for help.

SpammerTrap support staff can reset the password to factory defaults, which you can later change to a custom password.   

Note: Support staff will only be able to reset the password if "RMATS" (Remote Maintenance and Testing) was left on.  It is on by default.  If you have disabled RMATS or SpammerTrap support staff can't access your device you will need to use the recovery procedures outlined here: http://www.spammertrap.com/support/faqs/cd-recovery.html .
