Deciding Which Folder to Move Emails To Print E-mail
Making a decision
When an email arrives in your “Inbox”:

If it is not spam:
    • You can answer it, save it, or delete it
    • You can move (DO NOT COPY) it to one of the following:
        1. Move it to the “Not Spam” folder so SpammerTrap™ can learn by analyzing valid emails
        2. Move it to the “Whitelist Sender” folder and all emails from the sender will be valid
If it is spam, you can move (DO NOT COPY) it to one of the following:
    • Move it to the “Is Spam” folder so SpammerTrap™ can learn by analyzing spam emails
    • Move it to the “Blacklist Sender” folder and no emails from the sender will be received
    • Move it to the “Report Spam” folder so SpammerTrap™ can issue an external report
